My lawn and landscape journey began in 2013. When I'm not at work I enjoy spending time with my family, and doing about anything outdoors. The perfect day would be fishing in the early morning as the sun rises followed by a mid-day round of golf. Then chilling with the family by the fire pit in the back yard under the stars.

I have been in the Lawn Care Industry since 1998. I have a beautiful wife and 2 amazing little girls. In my free time enjoy playing golf, being outside, traveling with my family, watching sports and listening to stories around a roaring campfire!

My brother Joe and I started working in lawn care in 1998. My wife, Miranda and I have 2 girls and a boy. We love being outdoors, fishing and traveling when time allows.
Kevin Elliott

Kevin is one of the dedicated applicators here at Big Green Turf Management, and were excited to have him as part of our team. With 10 years of experience in the lawn care industry, he brings a strong understanding of turf health, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping lawns look their best.
After spending years in retail management, he has made the decision to transition full-time in to lawn treatments - getting back to what he enjoys most: working outdoors and delivering real results to our customers. His hands-on approach and commitment to doing the job right makes him a great fit with our company.
Outside of work, Kevin is a true family guy who loves sports and spending time with his wife and kids. He treats every lawn as if it were his own, and customers appreciate his professionalism, reliability and friendly attitude. We're proud to have Kevin on our crew and confident you'll be glad he's the one caring for your lawn.
Thomas Kirby
Certified Applicator
Thomas is one of the newest members of the Big Green Turf Management team, joining us in 2025 after working for another company in the industry. With three years of experience under his belt, he brings a solid foundation of knowledge and a strong work ethic to every property he treats. Since coming on board, he has hit the ground running - eager to learn, grow, and master the Big Green way of lawn care. His attention to detail, willingness to adapt and commitment to doing things right make him a valuable addition to our team. Were excited to have him on board and look forward to watching him continue to grown in his role.
Training & Certification
Our lawn care applicators are high trained professionals who take pride in doing the job safely, responsibly and correctly. Every applicator on our team is certified through the Missouri Department of Agriculture and is required to maintain an active license each year. This includes annual license renewals and strict adherence to all state regulations governing the proper handling, mixing and application of lawn care products.
In addition to state certification, our applicators participate in ongoing education and in-house training throughout the season. Every third year, applicators complete state-mandated recertification courses to stay current on the latest industry standards, safety practices and environmental guidelines. Our internal training focuses on product knowledge, application accuracy, equipment calibration, property awareness, and customer communications. This commitment to continual education ensures our team delivers consistent, high-quality results, where prioritizing the safety of your family, pets and property.
