My lawn and landscape journey began in 2013. When I'm not at work I enjoy spending time with my family, and doing about anything outdoors. The perfect day would be fishing in the early morning as the sun rises followed by a mid-day round of golf. Then chilling with the family by the fire pit in the back yard under the stars.

Joe Tamburello

I have been in the Lawn Care Industry since 1998. I have a beautiful wife and 2 amazing little girls. In my free time enjoy playing golf, being outside, traveling with my family, watching sports and listening to stories around a roaring campfire!

Matt Tamburello

My brother Joe and I started working in lawn care in 1998. My wife, Miranda and I have 2 girls and a boy. We love being outdoors, fishing and traveling when time allows.

Jacob Streeter

Trainer/Certified Lead Applicator

Jacob joined the Big Green Team in 2019. After 3 years, we are confident in his ability to keep lawns healthy, diagnose problems and communicate with customers. His growing knowledge of the industry makes him one of the best and we are very excited to have him part of our team! Jake is married with 3 children. He enjoys golfing, following the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals, and going on cruises.

Dustan Dalton

Certified Applicator

Dustan started his training with Big Green Turf Management in the summer of 2022. In the off season, he went through all the required training to get his certification and pesticide license. He is very motivated to learn every aspect of being a commercial applicator. On the weekends, Dustan has a side business that keep him "moving". He is married and has 3 little girls. In his free time he likes to read, lift weights and spend time with his family. We are very excited to have Dustan as a part of our team!

Training & Certification

All of our applicators are certified through the Missouri Department of Agriculture. Every year, each applicator is required to renew their license as well as participate in in-house training sessions. All applicators go through state mandated re-certification training every third year.
